Accounts Receivable Specialist (Manufacturing - e-Commerce)
Key Requirements:
* e-Commerce & Manufacturing industry experience
* Certified QuickBooks (preferred)
* Advanced experience with QuickBooks Enterprise (required)
* Experience with Amazon and eBay cash posting/reconciliations (required)
Core Responsibilities:
* Accounts Receivable management
* Daily billing/invoicing (approximately 10+ invoices per day)
* Cash application and cash posting
* AR aging review and analysis
* Collections and customer follow-up
* Credit and debit memo processing
* Account reconciliations
* Payment posting from Amazon, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms
* Maintain accurate customer accounts and AR records
* Support month-end AR reporting and close processes
Preferred Background:
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Experience in high-volume transactional environments
* Strong Excel and reporting skills
* Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Compensation: $30-35 p/h
